EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Unfortunately I feel robbed. I never received the Pixelplay that I ordered online and paid for. Found it laughable when I got asked to do this review 53days after purchase. The Pixelplay was intended as a birthday present for my 10yr old son now in Jan 2025 so I ordered 2nd Nov 2024 to allow for shipping. Received a shipment confirmation on the 6th Nov and that was that. Never heard from the supplier and/or shipping agent again. Even after numerous emails sent directly as well as on the online platform I have to assume that Timeless Art and the sale of the Pixelplay 20.000 is a SCAM. Do not fall for their advertising gimmick as that is all it is. Rachél Burger. Cape Town. South Africa.

I never got my order disgusting was meant to be a Christmas gift and the company that you ship with you can't even reach them all the tracking says is that it's been processed and nothing else for like two months
